I was in Pa...Thank you for sharing these websites. I was in Paris a while back and would have loved to take a class although I don't speak french. Do they both teach classes in English? I saw that one of them did.<br /><br />I was in Italy and helped make the food for the day at a restaurant and had a wonderful time. It was a tuscan restaurant called Zibbibo. I had a great time. <br /><br />I'll have to remember these schools and try to book next time we make it to Paris which could be never but hopefully not. Do they share any of their recipes online?
